Mark Stoner

Mark’s been in the chimney industry for 30 years. He ran a one-truck company for 18 years, until 2003, when he changed his path and built a multi-million-dollar chimney company in just a few short years.

Mark’s company, Ashbusters Chimney Service, currently employs thirty-five people, operates sixteen trucks, and services Middle Tennessee, Southern Kentucky, and Charleston, South Carolina.  

In January of 2017, Mark was featured on season two of CNBC’s Blue Collar Millionaires, which is hosted by Tim McGraw. His company, Ashbusters Chimney Service, is also featured in nine Nashville area based episodes of Property Brothers on HGTV.   

Mark has served as the president of the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), is the past CSIA vice president and treasurer, and has also served as the National Chimney Sweep Guild Ethics Committee Chairman. He was also a finalist in the 2012 Nashville NEXT Entrepreneur of the Year award. 

Always an entrepreneur, Mark and three close business partners launched SirVent Chimney and Venting Franchise (www.sir-vent.com) in 2014. Franchises are available throughout the U.S. 

In 2015, Mark also developed Blue Collar Gold University, an intensive two-day course held in Nashville, designed to help other business owners with their service companies. 

In 2016, Mark released his first book, Blue Collar Gold: How to Build a Service Business from the Dirt Up, which became an Amazon best seller in 2017. 

Mark enjoys being a keynote speaker for various regional and national organizations and events in service related industries, and helping other business owners reach new heights of success. 

Taylor Hill

Taylor is a marketing expert and has served chimney sweeps and other blue collar service businesses for over a decade.

He worked predominantly in the graphics, animation, and major motion picture industry before co-founding Spark Marketer, a Nashville-based digital marketing company that does a little bit of everything.

In 2015, he and his business partner, Carter Harkins, launched the Blue Collar Proud (BCP) Show, the podcast that’s all about having and living the blue collar dream. 

To further their mission, in 2017, the two co-authored the book, Blue Collar Proud: 10 Principles For Building A Kickass Business You Love, which focused on the foundational principles that they’d learned through their work marketing blue collar businesses. 

With a personal mission to serve those who serve the world, in 2018 Taylor and his business partner went on to found an award-winning automated follow-up system, Closing Commander™, which is designed to save service businesses time and boost close rates. 

Taylor also regularly speaks at service trade shows and conferences across the country because, well, who needs sleep?

Alan Rush

Alan Rush is a solution sales expert with over 20 years experience.

He is the owner of Rush Profits, a sales training and business coaching organization that helps small business owners develop and enhance their sales people, systems, and processes. Over the last six years, Alan has taught hundreds of chimney sweeps all across the nation. 

Alan is also a partner in the SureFire Training Academy, where he focuses on sales lessons geared specifically towards chimney sweeps. 

Alan has been married for over 20 years to his wife and business partner, Denny.  They have two amazing adult children, Brandon and Bethany. Alan’s mission is simple: to help individuals attain a higher quality of life for themselves and their families. 

John Meredith

John Meredith is the CEO of SaverSystems, a company he founded over 32 years ago. 

SaverSystems manufactures ChimneySaver, HeatShield, and various specialty coatings for concrete, masonry, and wood. His products have been used at the White House, the Supreme Court, the Biltmore Estate, and many other landmarks of historical and famous significance. 

John married his high school sweetheart and is the father of three amazing adult children and six even more amazing grandchildren. He is a student of both personal and business development, which led him to become a certified professional business & leadership coach and a Certified Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. 

His love of people and life fuels his strong desire to be an instrument of blessing and positive influence to those he touches.
